It's a very humble game that focuses on creating a simple, if outdated, football experience. There were many sports titles at the time that were far more ambitious.
The Flair: 5
Graphics in this game are honestly bad for a 1994 title; players look like Hercules' Philoctetes from the side view. However, the animations are slightly better. The soundtrack on the other hand is quite repetitive, although it doesn't get annoying which is good enough.
The Feel: 9
We kinda have a soft spot for football/soccer games, so it's hard for us to be impartial. However, we believe that in this case the gameplay was decent enough despite feeling quite outdated. The shooting mechanic with the moving arrow is peculiar but gets the job done.
The Fuel: 8
The multiplayer mode saves the day, but it's disappointing that there are no differences at all between the different teams and their players. I mean, what's the point of having a roster of teams to choose from if the kit colors are the only difference?
Underwhelming

Conclusions
94 Super World Cup Chukku is a feeble sports title that struggles to entertain the player for more than a couple of matches. It's certainly not the greatest pick to enjoy an afternoon with your good old Master System.
